This is the second time we hired Clean Extreme within 3 years. The two gentlemen communicated their ETA, arrived early, wore shoe covers, and were very polite. Reese explained what they were going to do and the approximate time frame to complete the job. Reese took before/after photos. We also asked for video to r/o odor from possible dead critters in air vents. None found. Before/After photos were part of my paid invoice. The before/after photos convinced us to hire them again!

I decided to hire Clean Extreme to clean my air ducts using a friends referral. My air ducts and returns have never been cleaned since I purchase my house in the past 11 years. I met and talked to Chris at the Home and Garden show and I was really impressed. He answered all my questions. I have parakeets in my house and was concerned for their well being. He advised that they would be okay and that they would not use the deodorizer when finished. Reese and Vinny were my technicians. They were professional and courteous. Again , they reassured that my parakeets would be okay. They took before and after photos of the returns and ducts. The whole job took less then 2 hours. I took a chance on this company never really hearing about them before. They answered my call promptly, I spoke to a real person who sent someone out the following morning. They texted me their ETA that morning & a photo of the service person I'd expect to see. They arrived timely, were professional & found my duct to be clean (visualized by a duct camera system). *I had run a duct brush through it the weekend prior but had not airflow from the exterior side vent. It turns out the dryer vented out the roof. No idea what the side vent is for. After the job was done, I received an email with interior photos of the duct showing it to be clean. An attached invoice was ridiculously low. I called to confirm the adjusted amount and was told it was correct. This has been THE best post-pandemic service I've experienced from any company. I'll be using them exclusively from now on. I hope they add more services to their repertoire.

We recently had the pleasure of using Clean Extreme's services, and I must say that Greg and Elijah exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We opted for a comprehensive package, which included air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and carpet cleaning for our 4-bedroom home.The air duct cleaning was thorough and professional. Greg and Elijah inspected our furnace, meticulously cleaned all vent and return runs, main lines, the cold box, and the plenum. What impressed me the most was the inclusion of Envirocon anti-bacterial treatment at no extra cost, providing peace of mind in these times.The dryer vent cleaning was equally impressive. They cleaned it from the back of the dryer to the outside outlet, ensuring 100% airflow. To our surprise - a bird had made a nest in the dryer duct which so it's comforting to know that our dryer vent is now operating efficiently and safely.Finally, the carpet cleaning package left our carpets looking and smelling fantastic. Greg and Elijah started with a solution spray to prep the area and used a combination of soft and firm bristled machinery to agitate and release trapped soil in the carpet fibers. The steam clean left the carpets residue-free, and they even moved small furniture, removed stubborn spots and stains, and added a powerful deodorizer that left our carpets smelling good as new.Overall, Clean Extreme, Greg, and Elijah delivered top-notch service, and I highly recommend them. They were professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service, look no further. The guys were friendly, professional and thorough! Scheduling was a breeze and it was nice to call and actually speak with a person right away instead of an automated system. We had a couple of vents that werent pushing out any heat and Brandon went out of his way to look for any dissconnections with his camera snake, and he genuinely felt bad when he couldn't find any or a reason why that was happening. My only complaint was that a lot of my vent covers were closed after they were done and had a cob webs and dust on them. So I would suggest that maybe in the future they clean those as well. But otherwise I'm really happy with the service and would recommend them to others!
