If you're like me you always want to make sure you will get your money's worth when it comes to home maintenance. There are plenty of sketchy companies that offer ductwork cleaning services which held me back from having them cleaned for awhile but I'm glad I gave Clean Extreme a try!Austin was extremely professional and answered all my questions knowledgeably and did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing everything! I especially liked that they take pictures of the before and after and can even bring a rotoscope to show you a live feed if you request it. It took two people about 2 hours for 13 vents (including cold returns pictured) and the furnace so they were very thorough.

I called 4 or 5 places before coming across Clean Extreme. None of the other places cleaned dryer vents. I understand there are tools at Walmart or an Amazon you buy but we wanted to make sure it was done correctly and were a little worried about cutting the tape attaching the dryer vent tubing to the part of the vent leading outside. Clean Extreme came in, cleaned everything, and, according to my mom only took about 5 minutes to complete the job.

Easy to schedule. Kept me informed every step of the way. Technicians showed up on time with all the tools required.. listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Worked around my dog which she really appreciated. Finished within the estimated timeframe and restored airflow to the dryer. Cleaned up afterwards. All at a reasonable cost. We had our dryer ducts / vents cleaned. The team of Reese and Kevin showed up with professional equipment, including a truck mounted compressor and hoses / tubing. Other companies I've used showed up with a drill and a brush!They communicated what they were going to do, performed the work, showed me before and after photos and cleaned everything up when they were done. All of the work was done outside the house from the roof with minimal work inside. We had a bird's nest which was difficult to remove, but they worked until it was done.Would I use them again - YES!

Reece and Kevin did a super job opening and cleaning all of our supply vents and returning ductwork. They wore shoe protectors in our home, explained to me the process and answered my many questions regarding the whys and hows of the cleaning process. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what to expect when they were finished. I added on the dryer vent cleaning and that went smoothly as well. I have a larger home and the process took about 3.5 hours. Pricing was straight forward and upfront. No hidden costs.
