Easy to schedule. Kept me informed every step of the way. Technicians showed up on time with all the tools required.. listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Worked around my dog which she really appreciated. Finished within the estimated timeframe and restored airflow to the dryer. Cleaned up afterwards. All at a reasonable cost. We had our dryer ducts / vents cleaned. The team of Reese and Kevin showed up with professional equipment, including a truck mounted compressor and hoses / tubing. Other companies I've used showed up with a drill and a brush!They communicated what they were going to do, performed the work, showed me before and after photos and cleaned everything up when they were done. All of the work was done outside the house from the roof with minimal work inside. We had a bird's nest which was difficult to remove, but they worked until it was done.Would I use them again - YES!

Reece and Kevin did a super job opening and cleaning all of our supply vents and returning ductwork. They wore shoe protectors in our home, explained to me the process and answered my many questions regarding the whys and hows of the cleaning process. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what to expect when they were finished. I added on the dryer vent cleaning and that went smoothly as well. I have a larger home and the process took about 3.5 hours. Pricing was straight forward and upfront. No hidden costs.

I needed to have my dryer vent serviced due to birds nesting and restricting air flow. Our home is just under two years old and the builder did not install a cover to keep birds out. Contacting Clean Extreme was the definite right choice.Their technicians were professional, on time, knowledgeable about my issue and cleared the obstructions quickly. I requested to have a "bird box" installed over the dryer vent to avoid future issues and the tech said, "he came prepared"!
