Ben and George checked my dryer vent and didn't find much lint so I am going to wait and have them do maintenance when the time comes. At this point, I didn't need service.They were professional, punctual and their honesty is what I appreciate. Especially in this economy. It's nice to know I don't need to look further for another company I will be using this one.

We had our dryer vent cleaned by Austin, who was fantastic. He was polite and explained in detail what he was going to do, and followed up with me after it was complete. He even stopped to pet my dog and show him so love! Wonderful customer service and work done.

Timely, efficient, effective, reliable, considerate, respectful, professional, & helpful going above and beyond to help me better diagnose other issues that we’re going on with my unit and we’re honest enough to tell me I didn’t need what I had booked for and saved me money and I appreciated the honesty and the fact they disclosed that there was some bad handyman work that was done prior, which I will have to hire a handyman to take care of and fix.

I have had carpet cleaned by these guys and most recently, had the air ducts cleaned. They are thorough and professional in every manner. They took precautions to protect my home and explained everything they were doing as well as explaining the best furnace filters for my home and where to find them. Very highly recommended!!!

I needed to have my dryer vent serviced due to birds nesting and restricting air flow. Our home is just under two years old and the builder did not install a cover to keep birds out. Contacting Clean Extreme was the definite right choice.Their technicians were professional, on time, knowledgeable about my issue and cleared the obstructions quickly. I requested to have a "bird box" installed over the dryer vent to avoid future issues and the tech said, "he came prepared"! To me, that is 'Customer Service ' at its finest.I would highly recommend Clean Extreme if you are in need of a similar service.

Tim and AJ from Clean Extreme were absolutely outstanding. From the moment Tim reached out, the communication was clear and professional. They even showed up earlier than scheduled, which worked perfectly for us.Both of them were extremely respectful, efficient, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. You can tell they take pride in their work they didn’t rush anything and made sure everything was done right. The difference in air quality and cleanliness is noticeable right away.It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable and easy to work with, but Tim and AJ exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning. 5/5 all day.

Thought I needed my dryer vent cleaned. Vinny from Clean Extreme inspected the dryer and vent. I will be using this company for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. I was so pleased with this company. First, they answered the phone when I called! A human. A very polite and respectful human. Second, the prices are reasonable. Thirdly, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and got right to work. I work from home and was able to continue working without disruption while they did the job. The two gentlemen that came today to clean my ductwork, dryer vent, and cleaned my carpets were polite, and mindful of my pets.They got a lot of “yuck” out of my vents, and my carpets look and smell great! I highly recommend them!

They removed the birds nest from the outside dryer vent, attached the cover guard to prevent future birds from entering, and hooked dryer back up. Plus they were able to come out the day after I called them. Every other company said they couldn’t help us for two weeks or more.

Hassle free. 2 Nice gentlemen. Explained everything thoroughly. Before and after pictures provided. Reasonable price. About 2 hours altogether. Scheduled for duct and vent cleaning and then added dryer vent cleaning while they were there. No issues.

Reese was very good. He explained the process thoroughly and let me know he would not be able to complete the dryer vent clean out. This was totally understandable as his coworker had called out. At my place it involves getting on an extension ladder, and carrying equipment, so it's definitely a 2-man job. He also let me know how to reschedule that portion of the service. The air vents and dryer were cleaned well, and he cleaned up the small amount of fluff that came out of the vents after cleaning. I thought Reese did a great job! He was on time, seemed nice, was good to my dog and the visible cat. 10/10 would use again, and I highly recommend Clean Extreme!

Ben and George were fantastic!!! This was their second time helping us, and just like the first visit at my mom’s house, they were incredibly thorough. They shared before and after photos in real time, which made the whole process transparent and reassuring. They also took the time to explain the carpet cleaning process and its benefits, which showed how knowledgeable they are. On top of that, they were genuinely kind and professional throughout. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them.

Honest, professional, and refreshingly straightforward. I thought I had birds nesting in my dryer duct and called Clean Extreme expecting a big bill. They inspected everything thoroughly, told me there was no nest, and installed a critter guard to prevent future problems, saving me a lot of money in the process. In a world where companies could easily take advantage of you, these guys did the right thing. 5 stars without hesitation!
