These guys are awesome. I called Chris at Clean Extreme to schedule a duct cleaning. Reese (technician) and Vinny came out to my house for the job. They did a thorough inspection of our ducts and vents and returns. They were honest and told me they'd be willing to clean our ducts today, but I'm likely a year or two away from needing it due to minimal evidence of dust and no evidence of drywall or things that would hinder air quality. They even showed me evidence that my ducts had likely been cleaned within the last few years. They showed an impressive level of professionalism throughout the whole process.Clean Extreme is great to work with and Reese and Vinny were on-time, friendly, and informative. I'd highly recommend them to anyone due to their professionalism. I'll be rescheduling them in a year or two.

I would highly recommend Clean Extreme. The process from start to finish was over the top. Their customer service is excellent. I called, a human answered promptly, and they got me on their schedule quickly. They kept in communication to remind me of my appointment, let me know when the technician was in route, and then let me know when the technician arrived. They showed up on time. The technicians were friendly, respectful, and mindful. They were efficient and effective. They exceeded my expectations by far. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Thanks Clean Extreme!

From the call to schedule through the service itself the quality was phenomenal! We had our ductwork and carpets cleaned and the results were amazing! Our carpet looks new and the before and after photos of our ductwork were unbelievable. The guys that did the work were right on time and very courteous. They checked in with us throughout the service to show what they were doing and to ensure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Clean Extreme and will definitely use them again!

Scheduling was easy and fast. My Technician Tim was highly personable, efficient and thorough. One issue I have had in the past is the heavy scents left behind, they ignite my allergies as well as my dogs. This time barely discernable and no reactions. All in all a delightful experience.

Reese was excellent. He was professional and he cares a lot. What I noticed the most about Reese is that he communicated the plan very well and if something was to change he let me know. But best of all, he cleaned up any mess he made from the job. I thought that was above and beyond service. He is a star example to other people who do this of how to be in a home. Honestly, he probably deserves a raise for being so detailed. He even asked the other person if he completed something, when he said no, he immediately went to handle it himself. I loved that the company shared before and after photos of my air ducts. I would never go to anyone else for this service.

The two technicians were punctual, prepared, professional, knowledgeable, and organized. These fellows were experienced and were clear about explaining their cleaning procedures. They worked well together in tandem, and when everything was completed, they showed us the amount of dirt, and "things" found within the ducts. Their cleanup was efficient; their pictures and explanations on the billing was transparent; and the technicians were well-dressed and very smart. The company is, imo, the best in their services, and we feel fortunate to have had a great experience with them.

The communication via text and phone calls was excellent. I knew when the technicians were scheduled to arrive and got a 30 min notification as well. When they arrived they were professional and polite, introduced themselves and explained the process and what to expect. (this was the first experience having ducts cleaned) Tim and Ty were efficient and friendly. They were quite patien with our noisy dogs too. I appreciated the confidence efficiency that they demonstrated in getting the work done. I look forward to working with Clean Extreme in the future.
