Great work going above and beyond. There was a hiccup with equipment during our scheduled cleaning, and instead of making excuses, crew leader Tim took charge and rescheduled with exactly the tools he needed. Within days of the original appointment, he arrived and worked into the evening to ensure that the cleaning was thorough, careful, and complete. The ducts had never been cleaned and it made a huge impact on the smell of the house and hopefully my allegies. This is my 3rd duct cleaning with Clean Extreme. Their service today is consistent with my previous cleanings. Their cleaning remains very good. The house smells fresh from the lemon spray they treated the air ducts with. That spray is antibacterial and antifungal. Just what I need with my allergy issues. They completed their work in less than 2 hours on my house. They wore blue footies while working in my home. Thank you for a great job.
