Gregory Johnson & his partner (sorry we are terrible with names) were amazing before they even entered our home to clean the vents. Which also turned out great. Wind had blown our 2 decorative trees over on our front porch spilling the rocks from the pot & we noticed they had put them back & cleaned up the rocks before we even opened our door. That’s the type of unexpected service that keeps customers forever but goes unnoticed to their boss. So, we hope the owners/management reads this so they know these guys are quality individuals! We called them to clean our dryer vent after living in our home for 3 years for preventive maintenance. Tim was very friendly and informative. He showed us how we could use our dryer’s diagnostic feature to determine if the vent was clogged and needed to be cleaned. We greatly appreciated his honesty in informing us that the vent did not need to be cleaned. We were just charged a small travel fee. Great peace of mind to know a company that is honest, reputable and cares about their customers. We plan to use them in the future for dryer vents, in addition to their others services like HVAC vent and carpet cleaning.

I have lived in this house for 8 years and hadn’t had the ducts cleaned. I have 2 dogs and also had the floor replaced, so I knew they definitely needed it. Austin and his colleague (so sorry I can’t remember his name!) were amazing! Friendly, professional and they were in and out in under 45 minutes. My great nephew was taking a nap and he slept through it all! You know they are good when a one year old can sleep through the entire process! I called to get a quote. The operator was very professional and gave me a quote over the phone and that is exactly what I paid. The two gentlemen that showed up had communicated two days before and two hours before the appointment time all around communication was fantastic. The two showed up at the front door introduced themselves Was very professional and knowledgeable. They looked very clean and their uniforms were nice truck was clean. They worked very well together efficient show me what was there before and after they did a fantastic job I would highly recommend this company and Ben and George.

These guys were completely professional. Went over everything they would be doing before they started. They were respectful of all things in my home. I had duct work cleaned. They took pictures before and after and they were done in about 2.0 hours.Explained their work is guaranteed and if something didn’t seem right to call them and they would make it right. Totally recommend this company if they are all like the two fantastic guys that did my duct work.

Reece and A.J. were terrific! Extremely professional from start to finish. Originally, I had some reservations about the hassle of needing to move furniture to get to the vents. Reece and A.J. took care of that and were careful to replace it back exactly how I had it. Very respectful of my home by wearing shoe covers and placing corner guards on the baseboards so the hoses didn’t damage the walls. It was a clean process due to the machines being located on their truck and not in the house..I would highly recommend Clean Extreme !

We had only one tech (Greg) because the other one was sick. He did amazing. He was honest, helpful, and did what two techs normally do. He noticed a code had popped on my dryer when it was finished. The code was from the vent being blocked. We thought we had done a good job of keeping it clean! So we had him clean that also. He was fantastic and hopefully will see this review. We plan on having them routinely come out.

This kind of meticulous care is a rare find in any company anymore and I will definitely be recommending them!

Service was very professional. Prompt with their arrival, walked the home to inspect and scout the work that was planned. Briefed me on what was going to be performed and length of time it would take. Tim and his co-worker were friendly and courteous of our pets and home while doing their job. After the service was complete, Tim reviewed the recommendations he had and was quick with payment and clean up of their equipment. Highly recommend and will be a return client going forward.

My family member had this done about a week ago while I was there. To start off Reese and his coworker smelled like marijuana walking into her house. Though I don't care about people smoking, we don't smoke so I was a little upset. Reese's helper was kind and courteous throughout the entire process. But Reese was very condescending, laughed over my sisters and i's questions which made us feel as if we were arrogant and stupid to be asking them. He was the worst customer service technician we have ever dealt with. I can not stress this enough you do not want Reese to come into your home. I over heard the way he talked to his partner and I felt so bad. The way he talked like he was better than he was, it was atrocious. Now to the cleaning. It was okay. Not the greatest but we are happy with the results. I don't want to be the guy to ruin this companies 5 stars but I highly recommend they find someone else other than Reese.

These guys are awesome. I called Chris at Clean Extreme to schedule a duct cleaning. Reese (technician) and Vinny came out to my house for the job. They did a thorough inspection of our ducts and vents and returns. They were honest and told me they'd be willing to clean our ducts today, but I'm likely a year or two away from needing it due to minimal evidence of dust and no evidence of drywall or things that would hinder air quality. They even showed me evidence that my ducts had likely been cleaned within the last few years. They showed an impressive level of professionalism throughout the whole process.Clean Extreme is great to work with and Reese and Vinny were on-time, friendly, and informative. I'd highly recommend them to anyone due to their professionalism. I'll be rescheduling them in a year or two.
